Section 1 Shotgun FAC Question

Hi,

I shot a Winchester SX3 a while ago and loved it, as I understand these come under section 1

I guess the one you used was a S2 version as I'm not sure you can legally use a S1 without the authority on your own FAC (a bit like LBPs).

I stand top be corrected and would love to be wrong on this - can anyone shed some light on this issue?

NTSA is about £30 a year

Mattnall it was in the US and probably would be an S1 over here, however in Texas the same regs don't apply.

Ah, yes.
I think in Texas it is probably illegal to restrict the magazine

You can also apply for an S1 for vermin control.

Only hitting rabbits with slugs is not recommended

I know a slow 44mag does a lot more damage than a 223 that is a ¼ of the weight. But that was like punching a brick through the poor rabbit.
