In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Bought this little beauty this morning, a Winchester 1300 Defender. Seems that the previous owner used it once for a round of Skeet then it went back in the cabinet. It is as new. Sorry for the poor picture, my camera is a bit behind the times:

Bought a mossberg 500 ATP at the Trafalger meet at Bisley 7 plus 1 with the adjustable choke, so cheap it had to come home
its going to get the Trench gun stle look.

I remember seeing that one and thinking it was a bargain. Glad you're happy with it. Certainly were some good cheap shotguns there. I was tempted by a couple of semi pistol grip side by sides with beaver tail forends, but I've already got two. There are certainly bargains to be had if you're not chasing modern trends and fashions.
