Few can handle a bolt action rifle like that these days.

I'm sure he's not unique, but how many riflemen do you know who are as good as him? I wish I was that's for sure.

Looks like it is a 'straight pull' bolt which would make things quicker, but I'm inclined to agree with you, Few people would be able to match his speed and accuracy. Certainly none in my circle of shooting friends and acquaintances.
