Looking at the stuff we saw on tele in the 60's, some of the doom and gloom "duck and cover" stuff.
There was a programme like te ones below in the eighties, wish I could remeber the name of it. A drama that cut to a news report about a terror attack and nukes going off. It was very convincing - certainly the missus then thought so..
Found these two similar type programmes by accident. They are very much a blame game (It was the Russians at fault for hitting back at Turkey) but given the world today, not a far off the mark...Although I doubt the Russians are as well tooled as NATO..
