Don't seem right they just do what ever they like and we can't do much about it :(
We can, fill in the survey. Contact your PCC and let him/her know how you feel, your PCC will have to respond to the consultation.
Contact whichever organisation you belong to, speak to your local club.

There's currently no fee if the club certificate holder changes.

if full cost is to be applied then why not individual fac's & sgc's? or football policing! etc

whooptybloodydooo........... £900 every 6 years will still kill off all small clubs like scouts & uni clubs. If we survived the fee hike I would advocate changing the FAC holder every 6 months ................ just to get our moneys worth!
Quality control of Scottish Ethanol. & RDX/HMX

& my fav chemical is :-) 1,3,7-trimethylxanthine.......... used to kill frogs.... but widely consumed & in vast quantities by the French? Eh?

If you have read the document........... ? then you will see they propose a fee of £470 for a change in named authority holder i.e. FAC holder! as said this if this implemented will kill many many clubs............... including possibly yours?

I had, but I missed figure 4 variation B - £470
involves some Government scrutiny and a police check but no visit, for example a change to named authority holder.

No it wouldn't cause us any problems.

Nope... :D

I fully support our official organisations challenging this and agree with the sentiments put forward, I just find it hard to understand how small, the smaller clubs must be if this is a pivotal point for them.
