Correct in that they don't make complete firearms, and its a similar operation to Cimarron, Navy Arms, Pioneer etc., they get basic stock to their spec firearms produced in Italy, sent over to USA and then they customise them with short stroke kits and other go-faster bits etc., in the USA and then sell on.

If this rifle is made in Italy it will eventually be available here in the UK either through Henry Krank or Edgar Brothers.

Not as a Taylor it won't be, especially if they have commissioned it, as they will have rights over it for years as part of the deal. Chiappa (or whoever it is) won't be able to sell this as their own, so don't expect this to be available via Krank or Edgar Bros unless they do a deal with Taylors to sell it here....and as yet there are no UK agents for Cimmaron, Pioneer or Taylors for their gunsmithed underlevers - sadly.

Do you have information that this is the case?

The deal would be done with the manufacturer.

Short stroke kits and gunsmithing services are available to UK shooters - ask the BWSS.
