Just watched it.

There's alot more gore and less 'padding.' Hopefully the series will continue to be the same.

The scene with the old vet, axe and leg in particular gets your attention.

Probably once it's run its course on FX, not sure how many episodes this series is hopefully they don't take a break part way through, so might be new year before its on ch5
