Just to complete the thread, I had my visit earlier in the week, and expect the certificate to drop on the doormat any day now.
The FEO was a nice guy and quite knowledgeable, being into deer management himself. The interview was quite thorough and the house security well inspected.
No problem with adding moderators, and I agreed to drop one .22lr slot in return for a .303.
Just waiting on the postman now, before I start spending some money :-)

And to really complete it, just got home from work to find my ticket has arrived. Just in time for a weekend trip to BSRC with the club too.
