Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

This rule applies to the entire forum.

Marlin Spares.com

#1 Post by Gazoo »

Was put on to these chaps a couple of days ago by Sim G.
Ordered a hammer for my 1894 on SUNDAY, standing in my shed today casting Snider bullets with my very nice X-Ring .600 snider mould and posty handed me a small package...could not think what it was but finished my bullets and then opened the package ...you could have knocked me down with a 44 magnum, it was my hammer and a good price as well.
Thanks you good people (or person) at Marlinspares.com
and thanks Sim G for all the help.

Nice to see some great service :)

Conversely .............. I contacted Ruger and Viking Arms about a short firing pin in my 6.5 Ruger RPR at the end of July, took just over 3 months but I got the replacement pin last week!.

I'll have to give them a try.
I like the look of those reworked lever loops on their 1894 parts section.

Did someone remove too much metal "slicking" it up?
