According to this guy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G8r8uM1zHfQ in Austria they only have straight pull AKs, otherwise semi-auto centrefire is obtainable. Not aware of another, though in some of the tougher U.S states I think there would be an interest.

I just had a closer read of the article in October 2003 Target Sports.
Review was written by Vince Bottomley - must have been quite a departure for him!

I believe the guy that used to run Midway UK, and presumably now runs Brownells UK has one. I recall seeing a photo of it at some point.
