Spada Handguards and BMD

#1 Post by AR15 »

So we finally have our handguards available Feb of next year also with the Blast Mitigation Device that fits over our Dragon Brake.

The 12.5'' Spada-S works out lighter than a Samson Evo 12.35'' and Centurion handguard of similar length. It has a no rearward protrusion design so can be mounted to any upper regardless of shape, as long as it has a standard barrel nut thread. Featuring helicoil inserts at key positions for maximum fixing strength and is extruded, precision machined and then milspec anodised, type 3, class2 deep black.
Available in 7'', 9'', 12.5'', 14'' & 15'' lengths with our Rail Extension System coming at the same time.
We also have polymer rail covers in production as well as a load more accessories for the handguard.

The BMD fits over an existing Dragon Brake and forces blast gas forwards with diffusers to the sides and top. Through ports allow the brake to continue to control muzzle rise without interference from the device. QD clips allow fast attachment and removal of the unit.

No firm cost yet as we are just finalising finishes for the barrel nut and other parts. Nitiriding looking like the best option.

But its going to be well priced for sure.

Yes, next year. I would like to do something in the snow weather permitting. We will have to see.

What's that silver tube thing sticking out of it? Are my rifles defective somehow?

;-)
