First full bore competition today

#1 Post by Tufty »

And loved it!! We got together a team of 4 from Bookham to shoot at Dorking for the annual club championships,15 at 300yards and 15 at 500yards with 2 sighters for each, was pretty pleased with my score as I'd never shot a .308 before (111 ex 150) great range at Dorking, electronic targets, friendly people, just a great day

Not bad at all!...it'd be ok if you'd just borrowed a rifle, let alone firing that 'type' for the first time :good:

Some friends from my Surrey club have been talking about the Dorking range - they've only recently found it, and say it's very nice...

...next time you're there please feel free to post some piccies in the 'range reports' section.
