Well as I signed the NHS database opt out so none of my records are on the NHS data base like to see them look me up.
Last time I went to the quacks he was not happy to get out my little cardboard sleeve folder went on about moving it to computer.
Gave him my best 1000 yard stare and informed him of the powers of the IPC.

Not having had any involvement with the NHS since 1976 (haven't been ill since I left the RAF), and for anyone else who doesn't know, what are the details of the opt out, please?
