Having been shooting deer for many years now I have over the past few
years become interested in long range shooting - not deer, just targets.
As my knowledge has increased I have recently become interested in
stretching out to 1k and looking at some club/competition. Full-Bore
appears to be the place to learn more and find out a bit more about the
competition side of rifle shooting.

The fox gun is a 6mm*47 Lapua, I use a 6.5*47 Lapua for deer up to and
including Fallow and a 280AI for larger deer and long range plinking. I
would like to think they are all pretty accurate.

Looking forward to learning a bit more from the forum members.

Welcome to the forum, I also shoot a 6,5x47 overland and have to say I would hard pushed to think of a more versatile cartridge/rifle.
