Old shotguns and so on are most of what he sells. I've bought two from him, the latest being an 1885 H Clarke and Sons black powder centre fire shotgun. I've never seen any modern centre fire rifles. He's mostly a gunsmith to be fair.
He had a few deacts and a selection of air pistols as well as some obsolete calibre stuff i think when i was in there a few weeks ago.

This shop changed hands in the last few years I think. I've heard a few people who have yet to have a positive experience with the gunsmith side of things.

They seemed really nice to me, but nice people sometimes do misguided things too.

Yes I believe Spencer took it over in 2015. He rechequered a stock for me which turned out okay but took ages.

Looking at what he sells (shops got a good website) I wonder if the NCA a pulling a 'Mick Shepherd' on him regarding Section 58 sales?

"Officers stopped the vehicle he was driving and recovered 10 sawn-off shotguns"...

This photo accompanies the article on the NCA website, but it could be a stock photo of course:

Bloody hell, I saw that NCA on facebook via their feed earlier and didn't put the 2 and 2 together!
What a pickle!
