Been playing with my latest acquisition today, Uberti .44 Dragoon, better than Standard fireworks any day of the week. :D

Much, by the look of it. My Remington .44 doesn't display that much pyrotechnics at 30 grns.

But, it is impressive.

I also want evidence of grouping. If I can hit the target and have flame like that, I would be a happy man :-)

I have had a few black powder revolvers over the years Joe. Faffing about with the primers etc soon started to get boring. Enjoy your new toy. I was looking at a Ruger stainless target model that had been modified to take shot gun primers the other day. The guy had a new set of nipples made in stainless to take the shot gun primers. They did not look complicated to make. Enjoy any way. Any chance of some pics of the gun.
