I sent off my Explosives Licence Grant on 1st September when TVP "opened" for new grants etc after first Lockdown. 4 weeks later I got my visit to inspect box and received Licence the morning of the day before 2nd Lockdown - so I managed to stock up on BP and get a last shoot in that afternoon.
Given the circumstances I have no complaints as there was clearly a huge deluge of new grants etc. when they opened up on 1st September.

I had been using Pyrodex previously as I had not got around to sorting box etc. through tardiness on my part. No mention of changes to rules on them from my FEO - though I do recall an RFD up North apparently saying to someone on the forum that EL's were now required for Pyrdoex in a previous discussion on this Forum.
