Bullseye and 9mm - not a good combination!
Red Dot would possibly be a better option
Still too fast for the 9mm IMHO - Blue Dot. Viht 340 or Viht 3N37 do a much better job
Purveyor of fine cast boolits.

I use 3.6 of HP-38 currently for my .357 loads, was the only thing I could get hold of at the time. Looking to try out bullseye next time round.

Vihtavuori N320 is my go to for such calibres/velocities.

Far more reliable supply than the yankee labelled powders.

I'm using Vit N32C (Tinstar) 4.5grn under a 158 RNFP specifically designed for the cowboy loads to great success, burns clean as well

While we are on the subject, what powder (that is easily available) could I use to replace the Herco that I will be running out of soon. I would prefer if possible something that performs the same and same-ish weight/bulk.
Forgive me if I'm using the wrong terminology.
To be used in my Alfa MLR btw.
