Pens

If you are making it or modifying it, repairing it or restoring it, it goes in here.

Whats more of a concern the taps and dies I purchased that are supposed to be m8x0.75 dont fit your over all lentgh gauges. I have two the standard lentgh and the long one. The taps wont engage with the threads on the drilled and tapped cases. The overall lentgh gauges threads wont engage with the split die. Hmm odd. I still have no idea what the transmission threads are and now having spent quite a bit of money on taps and dies to no avail. Its time to give up on this project and move on.

https://manninc.co.uk/products/kaweco-d ... -ballpoint

Thanks, I will check them out. I have a couple of ideas I am mulling over but they will have to wait I have a backlog of orders to catch up on. Also, work has asked me to do a small machining job for them so I need to get that out of the way so I can concentrate on my hobbies. lol
teanews hmm what's next not sure I am getting confused. Oh yeah, I remember ask the people at the shooting shed if they are selling the wood finish they posted about on facebook.

Alpha, do you have a spare example of the thread you are trying to determine?
