Suncorite alternative?

I have a Fazakerley No4 Mk2 with a rusted up magazine. I want to strip the magazine back and paint it to match the reciever. Does anyone have a recommendation for a paint that will be a close match to Suncorite?

I see on American forums they mention British Black and other semi gloss stove paints. I cannot find any semi gloss spray paints here, only gloss or matt black. Does anyone know a good option in the UK?

Oh wow, that a bit out of my price range for just painting a magazine. If I was doing entire rifles, I would consider it.

For anyone ever wondering - this stuff is a near-identical match - Motip Semi Gloss Black Satin Spray Paint

Got it off Amazon and put 3 coats on the magazine and I couldn't tell the difference now.

As a side note, Hycote satin black spray paint is a pretty good match to the finish used on Soviet rifles like the AKM and SVD.

+1 for Hycote Satin Black used on loads of mags excellent finish.

thanks for the heads up. I used the rest of this stuff to spray the parcel bin outisde, so if I need to do it again or top it up, I will be getting some Hycote!
