The reality of this is that 4 people out of 21,720 (0.02%) had an allergy to a component of the vaccine which they were unaware of. The allergic reaction caused a temporary case of Bell's Palsy which resolved itself in all cases. While alarming, Bell's Palsy isn't actually much of a concern. It sorts itself out in almost all cases.

Yet more scare mongering by the Daily Mail!
