We had the Winchester 9410 but I ended up exporting it to New Zealand after my brother emigrated.
It cycled and shot a treat, wish I could have kept it but it wasn't mine to keep.

If you come across one at a good price grab it before I see it ;)

I only put 2.5" cartridges through it, can't remember whether it would take the 3" ones or not, though I doubt it.

ETA: Interesting thought, if you could get a restricted 3" chambered (2 in the magazine) version you could still put 3 2" cartridges in the same tube making it illegal as S2.
I have a Marlin 39 and it will take 15 LR rounds in the magazine but nearer 20 if I use shorts only.

I had a .410 Marlin, had some extraction problems initially, ended up fitting an extractor for a .450 Marlin/.444 Marlin bolt. I forget which one exactly.

It was a very versatile gun, used it with shot for rabbits and had slugs conditioned for target shooting.
If I had enough land I would have tried to get slugs conditioned for the opportunist fox.

Though if you're used to shooting 1894's then you may find the lever throw to be quite long, but you'll soon get used to it.

Henry have introduced one but not sure if it's coming to these shores.

I had a Winchester one in my hands in a gun shop when they were new, about £600 if I remember, but for some reason there was something I wasn't happy with and decided not to buy it. If you see one now they go for £1000 to £1200!
