Went and broke clays today with a couple of blokes from work. One of them had to call by the local shop before rocking up, but when h did, he did so with a loaner from the shop as well....
Now his normal clay gun is a DT 10. One guy shoots another highend Beretta and I have a Blaser F3. So what was the loner, a used Hatsan Escort pump, in 12 gauge with a multi choke 24” barrel!
He saw it come in as a part ex and thought why not? Dealer wanted £150 for it.
We all had a go. We decided on several rounds of skeet and this Hatsan just ticked along! None of us could believe how smooth and quick it was. Even on pairs! Needless to say, for a ton and a half, it’s now in my mates cabinet.
I’ve had a Escort semi before which was alright... I’ve now got to get my own Hatsan pump!
