SHOTGUN MUZZLE BRAKE

#1 Post by SPAS 15 »

Can anyone recommend a shotgun muzzle brake and know where they can be purchased from. I would be interested to hear from you.

Cheers.

Brownells US have a few, as do other US sites....though a mate with a lathe is cheaper/easier as he makes to whatever design I want.

Above is probably the one you want. Be aware there are at least three different diameters so you need to measure the width of the barrel of YOUR gun, do not rely on manufacturer information.

Which gun are you planning on putting it on, out of curiosity?

I got in touch with Toni Systems regarding muzzle brakes and i was not impressed with their service. They ask for information regarding size of barrel etc and then never got back to me and that was 2 weeks ago.

Thanks for the link but i do not think that one would work on the XTR-12 as the thread for the choke is further down the barrel.
