Calibre Innovations in Marlborough ,Wilts are doing a "out of the box" practical Competition 12g shotgun,called the "Double R".Based on the Girsan MC312 which is already known as "the poor man's Benelli" due to it using the same inertia action(this time the recoil spring is in the stock, True Benelli style rather than around the Mag tube as is the Stoeger, Franchi Affinity), its got an extended mag tube fitted, a deep cut out loading port,enlarged bolt release, low drag follower etc & comes Cerakoted for around £700 !!
