Guys I have just completed my DSC1 and would like to get some experience dealing with a deer carcuss. Video's and pictures are fine but you cant beat hands on. I happy to do the donkey work or whatever. I am not asking to shoot, I would like to learn.

Deer Stalking… reliable word of mouth recommendation from someone you know has undertaken such stalking being offered by a specific syndicate is best. Like other walks of life, stalking has its scammers. Do some searching around for local estates that host the DSC course, they often offer a butchery course too. Also, have a look on the BASC site, or give them a ring if you're a member

I did Dave Stretton's course some years ago and still use the techniques I learned at Donnington, (sufficient for my level 2 without a problem). Where are you in Essex?
