Same here - no Christmas as such. I did buy myself the mount in the picture and Ovenpaa (thank you O:-) ) got me 200 bullets for my Savage 22 Hipower shakeshout

...and I just ordered a reproduction Mauser High Turret mount set for my 'They never built one of those' FN Mauser Sniper project as I have never liked the original type I fitted.

Not wanting to hijack the thread but it's a full nuts & bolts restoration from a local outfit Universal Jeep supplies.

I've always had a hankering for one but family & life got in the way, lucky enough to be able to get one now.
