With your skills perhaps you should try something like the Pilot Myu 701. Where the nib is machined in one piece with the section.

and then the striped version

Striped version? You can send one to the Sett forthwith! It's our birthday soon and we likes fountain pens as much as guns...

Italic nib, medium, right paw...

No point no one would buy it. People won't pay the money for that sort of thing. Not in my neck of the woods anyway.

This is one of my latest its been ordered for a xmas present it will come in a hardwood box. It's a £50 pen plus the cost of the box. I have to seat the tit on the top of cap and its finished. My next job is a 70th Birthday matching set a roller ball and a fountain pen in a presentation box. Any way that's enough of that it's nothing to do with shooting.

I was bored so started searching the forum for old interesting threads well to me anyway.

In answer to the question.

I do several different levels of pens depending on what the customer wants.
Some of them I use bought-in parts kit pens if you like they get to choose the material they are made from. They sell any were from £25 up to £55.
Ink pens the nibs can be as expensive as a pen depending on what you want. Average price £45.00 if you want a special nib double this.

My bespoke pens a fountain pen, for instance, the only bought in parts is the Nib the clip and the ink converter/pump. Price anywhere up to £140. depending on what they want.
I do wedding sets in Ivory, not real obviously. Graduation sets. Retirement gift sets. I also do corporate pens I can put any logo or picture on a pen including your favourite pet or gun or your mug shot.

teanews hmm whats next. ? Who knows
