I thought the reason of the use of the 7,62x25 is simply because it was a nationaly made version of the round fired in the C96, that, both the White and Red armies, were using in large number ?

Ah, so the 7,62x25 was designed to remove the Finn?

Who would have thought that thick winter clothing would stop a bullet completely, I wonder what denim would do... :squirrel:
A comment made by a doctor treating an attempted armed bank robber who was unfortunate to be shot by a passing ARV team in a local town some years ago was that if the villain had been wearing a thick duffle coat it would have been unlikely that the round that hit him would have passed through the garment.
At the time the police were using a particularly light 9mm bullet loaded by Winchester. They up-gunned shortly after the event.

There was a load of cheap Tok ammo at the Bisley Phoenix arms fair a week ago, got some of this for around 17p a pop
