I could try to white wash our domain, that will last all of a few days then back to being rejected.

I would have thought so because the various email providers will stop your notifications regardless of when you signed up on the forum.

If you do receive notifications then fine :)

I signed up with a gmail account and I get email notifications, so gmail users need not worry

My guess I Liberal bias..

I cant log in on the local hospital wifi, but no issues accessing Facebook, which would allow people to access all sorts of groups which encourage people with issues to do bad things.

Ah well, someone was bound to say something at some point about notifications, the forum is sending them, just that they are being rejected at the other end.

This happens all the time and during the life of the forum I have white listed when needed, just not this time because it is in vain.
I might do something about it when the bounces become too many.
