Today has been a day of pancakes and football for many. I hope you have had fun.

I also hope that the storms and the rain and whatever else Mother Nature has thrown at us lately have not been too severe.
Very much aware that flooding has taken place in many areas, trains cancelled, flights and boats as well which of course would have impacted work and life in general, still does.

Made my batter mix this morning so a couple of pancakes for lunch and a few more after dinner this evening.

Hope you made extra - thicken it up and you can have Scotch pancakes/drop scones for breakfast tomorrow.
