Didn't appear to be when I was there on Sunday. For lunch we had a burger and coffee sitting outside at Jenny's.

The whole of Bisley was very quiet for a Sunday.

Surrey, North and Artists have been open for weeks. L&M was late to the party, opening a week or two ago, and the City seems to have got lost en-route.

I'm sure that, as the (delayed) summer season winds up, everyone who can open and make money on it will do so.

The LMRA is open, serving lunch and dinner. Good food and prices. They are taking your details and your temperature on the way in.
