Latest acquisitions via Holts auctioneers

-On the top we have a FN .22 pump action take-down rifle topped with a very retro weaver qwickpoint scope (a precursor to the modern red dot). It was cheap and i mainly bid on it for the scope.

-on the bottom we have a Serena single shot .410 shotgun (section 1 as it only has a 20" barrel). It may not be great for clays but now I have a .410 slot on my FAC I can try finding some slugs to shoot though it. ( and a range that will allow it)

I've always liked the look of those mavericks. You'll have to wait and see what I just bought as a toy.

The Viking has a very pretty blonde wood FN pump that seldom sees the light of day.

This one has a bit wear on the bottom of the stock but otherwise seems to be in good nick. If I can cheaply find or make a rear sight I may move the qwikpoint onto one of my other guns.

One of the clubs I shoot at doesn't like probationers using semi autos so this should at least be a bit more fun for those that are a bit bored of the club bolt actions.

Unfortunately i have just had a call from Kent police to say that the Serena is a "shot pistol" not and shotgun and as such cannot be used for target shooting.(i don't currently have a permission to shoot on and all my slots are for target shooting) As such i will need to lodge it with my RFD so -1 to the gun collection.

Picked up a CZ 452 for basically nothing. I have plans to make my own bench rest stock so wanted a nice cheap action to prove the concept before I spend money on something half decent.
But for now it will make a nice little plinking gun...

New to me , although the previous owner never even got round to zeroing it .308 , built on a Remington 700 action ,Pacnor 26 inch fluted barrel with a custom brake (which works exceptionally well ).
Its sat in a Robinson composite stock , which is a tad basic but , I'm quite comfortable with it .
It was built by the guy who used to be Rhino Rifles in Cheshire .I've had it out on the range and I'm very pleased :good:
No-one ever sees you coming , do they Bob

Finally got both my Grandad's guns back together, but sadly with only one of them still working. A long process but worth it to keep them I think. Thanks to all who gave me advice.
