Re: Silverstone Shooting Centre - now open
We live in a crowded country and to say we had to fight to get planning permission would be an understatement
The club were I shoot in France had all sort of problems with neighbours that moved there recently knowing full well the proximity to the ranges.
I believe Holland has only 1 open-air range for the whole country...
"noise pollution" is battle we will not win...
a new range where guns need to be 'relatively' quiet or no range
a range

When someone says "it's not about the money" you know what? it probably is all about money!

Good job.
Pricing is relative, some people will be able to afford and some won't. The fact that you have set up a new range in the UK in this day and age is an amazing achievement IMO. Looks good and well done.

In some parts of Soho it costs a lot more than that...TattooedGun wrote:it doesn't cost you £0.5-£1 each time you roll the ball down the lanes...

Well done. Great to see a new facility online to enable us to continue our sport. If I'm ever in the area I'll be dropping by, even if just to have a nosey and say hello.
