Before you even think about doing this (i dont think you should) i think you need to clarify to the shooting comunity what actually happened to get your license revoked , this way you may increase your support . Talk to the NRA NRSA BASC etc and get their support ..Consider who the people are voting in this poll as anyone outside the UK shouldnt really count .. Seriously consider the idea of ever wanting your own certificates back or are you happy to use the method now in place allowing you to shoot . I like most of what you do and understand why your doing it but be carefull that from a personal point of view you dont end up digging a far deeper hole .

was my comment

The guy who owns Silverstone Shooting Centre has suggested very politely and factually why he's not a good choice of person to represent shooting in the UK in a live interview.

Let's hope he listens to him.....

How can someone who doesn't possess an FAC (even more worrying it's been revoked) represent shooting in the UK? I'm not on the Facebook group mentioned above but have his supporters not picked up on that!?!?

A live interview.... he hadn't been invited on because he's a strong argument in favour. If this bell end and Yardley is what we have to offer in the "publicity war", then I'm selling up. I'd rather it was my choice than have my possessions confiscated again, because of a raging psycho!
In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?

Guns dont kill people. Dads with pretty Daughters do...!

This was pointed out to him by the Silverstone Shooting guy, a very level headed but to the point response saying basically don't do it...and yes I agree. If you have no licence then you can't comment and someone who has had his revoked is just adding weight to the antis before its even started.
