Excellent ! Avim is indeed a great place only abt 15mns walk from my flat, Zizkov side.
Unfortunately I dont think there'll be an August guest day & that the next one will only be in Septembre . However, I dont think it is a pre-requisit. You can always drop in and talk to the club secretary. I am shooting in France this WE but will be there on the 22nd July. If that is convenient to you, I'll be happy to show you the place around.
