So Derbyshire FEO were very helpful and super nice.

Basically said that if I choose not to pay it, it won't affect my application. If I have declated any medical conditions on my application (I haven't) they will pick that up at interview stage and there is another form or something.

I have to say that in my experience all the people at Derbyshire Police Firearms department have been super helpful.

Aye but many people won't challenge it and pay the money even when they don't have to, no one told you up front it was a choice disingenuous at best. Sounds like your GP is on the make too.

TVP might be asking people to renew early, I wish they would just get my FAC back to me with the variation I asked and paid for 36 days ago, come on TVP, CHOP CHOP!
