I agree. Thus far the alarm system I installed and the app have been reliable and intuitive. I've been pleased with it.

I wasn't happy with the idea of having to arrange key holders either. Seemed like an additional weak link and an opportunity for fubar tracing them when blue lights ought to be heading towards my home.
