I've moved from club shooting during the last 12 months as that's what's going to go first, make no mistake,if labour get in I'm sure not even the nobility will be left with their purdeys...

I've been doing clays a lot and may even do some proper competitive shooting with it...but that will probably go too...

I've been wine and beer making to an excellent standard, the kits these days are superb and at 51p a pint one needs to pace oneself.... moderation!!!

Hobbies apart from that would be the family I suppose, there's more than enough work to do around the house or a relative's house, then there's all the kids stuff a dad has to do....

I miss pistol shooting,it's never been the same since, with the calibre of people entering clubs shooting these days are so toxic you just can't believe they have an fac,I will only miss clay and crow shooting,I won't miss the rest if it all gets banned...
When someone says "it's not about the money" you know what? it probably is all about money!

I'm already in the USA every other month - I'd make it permanent sooner than intended, that's all.

I live in this country because it allows me the opportunity to make a living, own a house, live in a decent crime free area and pursue my chosen sport - shooting.

If any one of those are removed, I no longer wish to live here.

On 25th April, I am off to USA for a 8 week road trip. One of my stops will be with a former employer who has relocated there and with whom I need to have a discussion on the chances of him sponsoring me for my green card.............would be nice to have an escape route, should it be needed.

The lottery here is up to about $10M. If I win it, I am upping stakes and moving to Vermont or one the other really gun-friendly states. Any place I can pursue my shooting hobbies without some gormless idiot (read: politician) stealing my guns for a pittance of compensation.

I already build custom bikes and trikes for fun, as well as racing RC cars, so without shooting I would just do more of that..

oh hang on...

I rely on shooting for my wages,

arse bugger feck.. I wont be doing that then, I be pushing trollies round tesco carpark
just as I thought I could see light at the end of the tunnel.......... I realised it was just my boss with more work and a torch.
