Yep - me too!

When I was a lad in school - probably 3rd grade - my teacher posed us a problem in arithmetic. She asked us to calculate how old we would be in the year 2000. Most of us quickly determined the way forward was to subtract the year of our birth from 2000. You could hear the gasps from the class as one-by-one we each figured out how very ancient we would be by then. Now 17 years on from the Millennium (and 52 years on from that class), I am still amazed by how 'old' I have become. When you're a kid, it never occurs to you that you will ever be anything but young.

I remember sitting in the electricians shop at the brickyards one morning and someone around the table said he was 29 years old. An unfathomable age and I genuinely thought he was ancient, well he certainly was to us 19-20 year olds...

I'm 32 years old, although probably still one of the youngest at my club, we have a number of new people joining up but I would say the average the is 45, it would be great to reach out the youngsters but with so much negativity in the media it's difficult.

Voted.

Am 43 and probably the youngest shooter I see when I visit my club. That could be because I tend to visit on an afternoon, rather than evening.

I've just seen this poll and voted as I am just in the 40-49 range!!!! 50 in August!!

I did think the other day it would be good to shoot a .50cal for my 50th birthday if anybody knows where I could do this in or near to the north east of England.
Remember, we're all here because we're not all there!
