Interesting 10 votes for TR out of 19 - I am assuming TR means open sights as per NRA.

Very surprised at the low number of TR shooters.

Target shotgun is not clay shooting.

Target shotgun currently has 4 courses of fire that I am aware of when shot at Bisley.
Each course of fire is shot from 25/30 yards down to 10 yards and uses the de humanised figure 11 or IPSA style cardboard target. It is all shot with slug from a Section 1 shotgun. Each shoot comprises 6 rounds of slug with some requiring a reload of a further 6 within the time allotted.
If you are familiar with the timed and precision 1 gallery rifle course of fire you will find T&P1 target shotgun the same.

Some of you sharp eyed Target shotgun competitors will say that there are only 3 courses of fire - that was true up until last year when a new competition for double barrelled hammer guns was brought in - pure fun,

Wait, so I can own a .55 calibre Boys anti-tank rifle, but not a .22 pistol?

Yeh but that would be the total votes cast not how may individuals as they mayl have ticked multiple options
