Your choice of defence post apocalypse?

If we entered a time of Civil Unrest/Armageddon/Zombie Attacking, what would we do?

I'm only half jesting. We've a couple of higher ranking police in the family. Both stated that the last swine flu had the powers that be worried. Worse, the experts prediction of a forthcoming, antibiotics resistant germs traveling from one of our hospitals to the masses has them s*** themselves.

I already know which family members I'm letting in and which can bugger off. As a family (males especially) we'd be heavy in weapons and military experience but haven't a clue how to grow food. I live on a sheep farm but it would need significant work to be defensible. Probably better to find a more defensible location to move too.

Try to keep a few hundred rounds on hand at any given time for a couple of rifles, .22LR of course along with 7.62x39, 7.5 Swiss and I still have a bunch of 8mm Mauser also a couple hundred rounds on Garand clips.

Toffee, because it will come with a rock hard slab of zombie bashing toffee.
