I went on to work at Perkins Engines in Shrewsbury building CV12 Challenger and CV8 Warrior engines as well as the 12ltr inline 6 Eagle engine that was used in the Alvis CET and Leyland/Foden DROPS.......the injector pipes were a pain to fit and some of the blokes didn't like doing them, it was said they suffered from a condition called "DROPS Avoidance".

Depends if you want to settle for second hand petrochemicals, or new, extra virgin, single source, organic oils...
