It was my life for probably the best part of 20 years. Ran my own boat and was DO of a local BSAC branch. Don't do much now but misss it. I'm a caver too. I'm sure a head-doctor would say something about enjoying being under things.

We're a bit off the beaten track here so don't normally see the postie until 14:00 or later....I've put the dogs on listening watch...!

Glad your making progress, I’m still waiting.

Licence printed two months ago, still in the feo’s hand for no real reason.

They put mine in the post and it arrived this morning shakeshout

They had the name of my main club incorrect but, when I 'phoned them, they updated the database immediately and told me to send it back to be re-printed as and when. They said there was no hurry and it remained valid.

Cheers Plumose. Hopefully you and the rest of the guys in the process won't have too much longer to wait.

I'm lucky enough to work for myself and, given that my work is seasonal, this is a relatively quiet time so the spending spree starts tomorrow!! I did a deal on this https://www.full-bore.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=32725 a little while ago and Keith was kind enough to hang on to it for me until my FAC came through. I'm hoping to collect it tomorrow, from Bisley. Plan is to take in a few stores whilst I'm out - looking for a scope.

Very nice, if I had been closer I would have been interested in that myself as a semi-auto 22 probably a custom 10/22 from someone like Rimfire magic is quite high on my list.

If you were given an estimate as to how long, I would ring them on the basis you are worried it has been lost and you are concerned someone is buying firearms on your behalf ;-)

I know she still has it, unfortunately I'm just one of many people being held up by dorset police, lack of staff.

My feo has been off sick which hasn't helped, although now she is back no one can get hold of her.

I guess she is playing catch up but its hard hitting for all the people waiting, Devon & cornwall merge can't come quick enough.

They are extremely helpful with proper opening hours and people you can talk to, shame dorset let it slip so badly.
