FAC application

#1 Post by pluginal »

Does anyone know how long it is taking for a grant of a FAC in Humberside at the moment? I will be eligible at the end of next month to apply for mine.

I think the last published data suggested around 90 days for grants in Humberside.

Humberside was the subject of discussion at NCB recently and people were taking in terms of a few months as opposed to weeks.

Well the FEO turned up unannounced tonight. A young lady who was very nice and declined a cuppa or biccies but asked me the usual questions about why I wanted them and where I would shoot them. Checked my ID and had a look over the cabinet and ammo safe and was happy with the setup. She stated she would be in touch with my sponsors tonight or tomorrow. She did say they were busy but would do their best to grant it quickly. Now another wait to see how long it takes. Getting excited now. clapclap

Know just what you mean Dunc. Well one of my sponsors has been contacted, not sure about the other yet as it takes me all my time to get hold of him! It is nice to know that things are happening though. Well back to the patient wait.
