Around a 93-5 mile round trip, and an extra couple of miles if I then need to pop to my regular gun shop as well.

It takes me about 45mins to 1.5h to get to Phoenix Range in Barnsley depending on traffic, there are closer ranges but I liked Phoenix well enough to become a member, I believer the facilities are worth the extra travel time

5 miles for .22. 11 miles to 100yd indoor centre fire range. Closest military range I shoot (600m) is about 13 miles.

7 minutes for .22RF
20 minutes for ML Revolver - though can at Club above but limited to range time and distance
1hour 40 mins (on a good run) to Bisley for FB - but hopefully back to a 30 minute trip for FB at most local MOD Range when Range Licence etc sorted.

I've got it pretty easy. The indoor range is about 300 yards away and the outdoor range is 3 miles away.

About 20 minutes for me to Bolton Gun Club, we have a few members from Liverpool so you ought to try us out, you can shoot as a guest for a range fee as long as you bring your FAC with you. Shooting days are Wed/Fri/Sun dawn till dusk but minimum of two shooters so pre arrange any visit but the downside is it is only 50 yards.
