Ok so first of I ask this purely as a matter of interest so try not to bite my head off all you collectors/enthusiasts out there but are these still being made anywhere? By that I mean "working replica" so to speak as i'm not suggesting that BSA still make them but is there any company that is? same goes for Kar98 etc
Thanks in advance guys and girls...

Look, let me explain something to you. I'm not Mr. Lebowski. You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. That, or His Dudeness … Duder … or El Duderino, if, you know, you're not into the whole brevity thing.

There are the Australian International Arms 'Improved Enfield' Rifles http://www.australianinternationalarms.com.au/ however I am not sure they are trading these days. Youc an still pick up 'new' No4 rifles if you look hard enough.
You can also buy the G98 Mauser new as well however I am not sure it is available over here.

These are lovely to handle and are very nicely made. The article says GBP1000 however I have seen them going for closer to GBP1200 at a couple of places.

Sam,
Heads don't get bitten off here so don't worry.
There are still plenty of Lees out there waiting for good homes. If you have deep pockets you can get one 'out of the wrap' but they are getting rarer. Good Lees aren't so rare that you can't pick up a good shooter however.

In Krank's catalogue for £1250...you shouldn't have shown me that...and I'm just about to shell out £2,500 on an Ultra XTR.
Wonder if they will do a quick one for one...shotgun s1 barrel for 8x57 rifle...probably won't get it for fox.
HMMMMMMM
