Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

This rule applies to the entire forum.

RCBS: excellent service

#1 Post by meles meles »

After churning out zillions of rounds, our RCBS lever primer tool began to wear. The piston that pushes new primers into the cartridge pocket was no longer perfectly flat and as a result some primers didn't seat properly. After failing to source a new piston from several shops, and deciding there wasn't enough metal left above the locating pin hole to pop it in a lathe and true it up, we resorted to emailing the makers in Amerikky and asking if we could order one directly.

"Consider it done," they said, "we'll pop one in the post right away. No charge."

Two arrived today, along with a few other spares they thoughtfully included. Excellent customer service, we thinks.

I had similar service from them.

The plastic bushes for my old APS priming tool gave up the ghost.

I spoke to RCBS and they sent a few FOC in the post.

Excellent service.
