Bromsgrove Shooting Supplies: excellent service

Had a good experience with a gun shop or rifle maker? Found a good deal? Tell us about it. Had a bad experience, TELL THE GUN SHOP!

Forum rules
Posting of negative comments in the Gunshop section could bring unwanted criticism on the forum, having said that it is important to let members know if dealings with a Gunshop were less than ideal for you. To that end we will allow what will be known as the 'Scotsgun Ruling'

The Scotsgun Ruling:

>Add Gun Shop here<

"As I've yet to have a 'positive' experience there, I'll refrain from commenting further."

Beyond that please take it up with the Gunshop, if you do resolve the issue in a agreeable manner let us know!

Bromsgrove Shooting Supplies: excellent service

#1 Post by walesdave »

Had an extractor malfunction on my Tippman M4 Elite S this afternoon while shooting; turns out the little pin that holds the extractor against the extractor spring had 'popped out' and disappeared.

Quick blast up the M5 to Shooting Supplies, got there about 6 minutes before they closed.

Nice chap behind the counter said he'd look for a spare, found one and had it fitted in about 5 minutes....total cost £0.00. No 'pressure' that they were about to close and professional and polite service with a smile.

cheers Shooting Supplies

I went there pre-Covid for two tubs of Reloader-15 powder, the two tubs were marked up with out of date and seriously cheap price labels but they honoured the marked price without any hesitation goodjob

They did me a good trade in deal for a K22, helpful and patient, so a thumbs up from me as well.
