Black rifles are good, But..
I love the black rifle / AR / M4 clones, but I cant help wondering if the manufacturers are being a little unimaginative with the copies they are churning out.
What would you like to see in .22lr?

I had to look that one up, a bit like a spas 12 but for Aliens!

I could see the Sten being too short, so to make it acceptable, best stick a bayonet on the front!

Sten with a 12" barrel wouldn't be too bad, the MP40 clone with a 16" barrel looks ridiculous.

As the Sten was open bolt you could get away with moving the chamber further back and maybe hiding the mag, then use the original mag for storage... Or to mount a scope on ;-)

Just had another look at the workings of the Sten, you could easily hide the magazine in the trigger assembly, then most of the barrel would be inside the original chamber/shroud. You could then stick 2 or 3 spare magazines in the original.
I think we're onto something :-)

In 1978 I was told by my grand dad that the secret to rifle accuracy is, a quality bullet, fired down a quality barrel..... How has that changed?
